Sparks has been a key leader at Wildman, bringing a unique blend of operational excellence, strategic vision, and people-first leadership to the company’s growing family of businesses. In his new role, he will oversee operations across all Wildman divisions, driving forward the company’s Purpose of Glorifying God by empowering people to flourish and advancing its Vision: We love and value people to wildly change lives. This Vision is fueled by the Mission to keep teams and facilities clean, safe, and looking great.
