“Adam has been so hands-on since he took over our account,” she explained. “He always answers quickly, whether I call or text, and if there’s an issue, he makes sure it gets fixed right away. Sometimes he even brings things himself if needed.”

That kind of dedication has set the tone for the relationship, and Tammy says it has made her feel like she no longer has to worry about the small but important details that keep her restaurant running smoothly.

Going Above and Beyond

Another standout in her experience has been Luis, their Wildman Route Service Representative. Tammy lights up when talking about him: 

“He just goes above and beyond. We were almost out of paper towels right before Jazz Fest weekend, and even though he was on vacation, he showed up in street clothes with a box of paper towels because he didn’t want us to run short. That kind of service is rare these days.”

Luis’s attention to detail continues to impress. Tammy recalled how he texted her one morning to give an update on their soap dispensers, letting her know they had enough to get through the week and that he would bring more next time.

“He cares about his job, and that shows every time he’s here,” she said.

A True Partnership

When asked if working with Wildman makes her life easier, Tammy doesn’t hesitate. “Yes. I feel like I really don’t have to worry about anything when it comes to supplies anymore. They take care of the little stuff that matters.”
