He always asks if there’s anyone we need to adjust, and he does it in such a friendly, approachable way. You can tell he genuinely cares.”

That level of care has had a lasting impact. Jasmaine explained, “Every staff member I’ve worked with at Wildman has been approachable and committed. They communicate clearly, follow through on their commitments, and create a welcoming atmosphere. I never feel anxious reaching out to them because I know I’ll get a high level of quality and attention to detail.”

For Vickers, reliable access to uniforms and PPE is not just a convenience; it’s critical to keeping production running. “If our employees don’t have what they need, it affects everything,” Jasmaine said.
