Situation

For over 50 years, Beer & Slabaugh has provided complete commercial construction site development and preparation in northern Indiana. Beer & Slabaugh is a full-service construction company, and the Beer family still operates the business.

Being in the service business, they realized that their previous national uniform service provider was failing to meet their expectations.

The previous provider did not repair their damaged items. The quality of garments employees received continued to degrade. Poor communication was frustrating. Frequent price increases occurred without notice.

They were in desperate need for a change.

Action
